Will be great idea if nab hire more staff on this branch - Tracey A Added June 14, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Tracy & Teresa in the Armadale branch have absolutely gone above and beyond to make my 13year olds first banking experience the most horrific they possibly could. I am mortified on their behalf for the disgusting customer service and not only towards us, as I sat there I continued to listen to Tracy on the teller greet every customer who walked in with “we’re closing soon I can’t do that” 45minutes before google states your branch closes at 5pm.

After being turned down by the Westpac across the road(system error they said, with no offer to set up another appointment) , I went to Nab. Brent was having his lunch but he went out of his way to help us set up an account!! You don't see that kind of kindness and service very often. It was the most pleasant and outstanding service I have ever experienced! Thank you very much.
