  Friendly and calming atmosphere. Showed genuine empathy to my interests and what is best for ME. Comms are always polite, friendly and professional. Hands down the most efficient Job Provider I've had and glad I made the SWITCH! If u are reading this I highly recommend to do the same

  I just want to say a big thank you to Parents Next for all your help and assistance. I have chosen to continue with this program voluntarily as I think it is a great program and really well tailored to the individual and their individual goals and ambitions! I have found ParentsNext to be very supportive and understanding and work so well with Me to help me as an individual to achieve both My personal and work related goals, all while still listening and supporting Me at My own pace as well! Also a very special thank you to Lilliana who is very easy to talk and work with and who also really listens to Me as an individual! Thank you Lilliana and everyone at ParentsNext. I find this service really helpful and hope this service can continue on a voluntary basis in one form or another into the future!

  AtWork employees have been incredible at providing me excellent support. Even if it's just a nice chat to calm my frayed nerves and anxieties. I'm so grateful for Sara & Amanda, I just wanna hug them, they've been angels. Give them bonuses. They're too sweet.

  U guys have helped me out so much Eva since Sam started and other staff Amanda and Hanna u guys have gone above and beyond u treat us like a normal person and find out how u can help and understand us as pll first day I meet Sam the workers before her went really doing anything help wise so Sam understand this and allways goes above and beyond and has allways helped anyway

  Parents next in Armadale is where I attend my appointments. I have a 10 year old son and a 15 month old daughter. I have been engaging with job providers since my son was 3 years old. I have not met a nicer job provider than Lilliana. From the moment she sees me and my daughter she greats us and makes us feel welcomed which in return makes me feel like I want to enthusiastically participate and for me , that doesn’t happen often. I’m in a good place ready to start work because of her support. I learn new things every appointment and my confidence is building because she gives me important Things to think about and consider after I leave each appointment. I’m making better choices for myself , not only that but the whole Armadale office is very welcoming and friendly. A nice friendly gentlemen never fails to greet me with such respect when I step inside. Taking the stigma of “ teen mum “ “ struggling mum “ or “ single mum “ off shoulders , instead I get a “ we are here to help “ feeling. Despite post Covid effects on government services , atwork Armadale is still putting the work in for the people in the community and that speaks volumes.
