  Pretty and very nice clothing, I wasn't asked for my Qantas Frequent Flyer Card when I purchased my top, I'm supposed to get points at Black Pepper.
  Then I had an item on hold, went to pick it up and there was biro on it. The young lady with brown hair accused me of putting the biro on it, then I said well you had it then she said well you bought it that way. The manager told me to ignore her and offered to get it removed. I accepted but I still felt that the mark wasn't completely removed.
  Their efforts and my refund are greatly appreciated and they did it but I haven't received it on my end.
  I really wanted that jacket. I felt the lady was very dismissive after the refund, so despite my willingness to look at other clothes I felt unwelcome and left
