  I do not even know where to begin to express how unbelievably disgusted I am with the Harvey Norman Armadale branch. You lot are by far THE WORST Harvey Norman store I have ever dealt with, and that is saying a lot coming from a customer like myself, that has spend thousands & I mean THOUSANDS of dollars with your store. To be treated with such stupidity and sheer arrogance, your staff members need a severe overhaul!!! #1 Receiving a so called "Secret Sale" invitation and only having 7 staff members to accommodate for the 50+ people that were invited to it, then left to stand there with genitals in hand for a whole hour and not a single question if I needed any help. #2 Being told an interest free plan is not available by your staff, when it is clearly stated on your website & all the other metropolitan stores will honour it. #3 Attempting to fool me, lie to me and try to cheat me into believing that I am getting a bargain & receiving so called "staff pricing" when you are only offering $8 off the marked price, especially when there is a LARGE SIGN on the product that clearly states "10% OFF ALL!!!". #4 The absolute arrogance your staff must have to try to steal a customers money, just perfect salesmanship! Makes me wonder how in the hell your management staff are training your floor staff. As the manager of a retail business and 11 years experience in customer service, if I was the manager at Harvey Norman Armadale, I would have sacked 80% of you by now! #5 Being served by a staff member who apparently must "go check if the item is in stock" and to clearly see them standing across the room laughing and gas-bagging with a fellow employee for 15 minutes while I stand there looking like a complete idiot for even coming to your store. Maybe your staff would be more courteous & polite rather than trying to lie and cheat me, if I had told them I had cash in hand to pay for the items I was after. But never mind! I have also learnt a lesson in this experience. I will NEVER until the day I bloody die, do business with Harvey Norman Armadale. It is blatantly obvious that my money is better spent elsewhere.
