  What a lovely store, staff are amazing, friendly and helpful from my call before we came down to the store, to the organisation of interest free payment plan. Kate was absolutely the nicest person ever, we are very excited for our couch to come in about 4 weeks time. And the staff as a whole were very welcoming and friendly towards our 3 kids awell . Highly recommended this store. Great prices and finance options available best customer service we have experienced in a long time. Picture of the great sale couch we just purchased.

  I have dealt with Kate and John twice now purchasing the Chill sofas and the Cable Beach living and dining range. Both team members are incredibly professional, have great product knowledge, are kind and are the total opposite of your typical "sales person" just chasing a sale.
  
  Overall, my experience from in-house customer service, to post sale customer care, communication in regards to product availability and my interactions with the warehouse and delivery team have been outstanding. The quality of the furniture and the style is complimented by every guest in our home.
  
  This is a store you can put your total faith in.
  
  Thank you for such a great experience - can't wait to come back!

  Wow!! From the moment I walked in to the time I left, was given the most electric customer service anyone could ask for from the gentleman and young lady yesterday.

  Have ordered from here a couple of times but our last experience has been a shocking one. It's taken nearly 6 months to get a couple of chairs (with Covid delays are inevitable) however the system set up is terrible. After contacting the store a number of times to find out what was happening with my order, I was told the order was in and arranged a date for delivery. When I didn't receive my delivery I called the store and was told not all my items were in and still a few weeks away. WHAT! Seriously. Few weeks go by and still haven't heard so I call them back to be told that my items have arrived and are on hold because supposedly someone contacted me to arrange delivery. I received no such call or voicemail. Then I was told I just missed out on delivery for this coming weekend and had to wait until Tuesday. Seriously not impressed with the service and definitely won't be ordering again.

  Went to Comfort Style in search of our dream Sofa. John was very helpful, honest and customer focussed which we really appreciated. He made the buying process smooth and stress free. We will definitely go back for more. Thanks a lot!
