  GOOD AFTERNOON NATIONAL BANK STAFF , I A QUESTION WHY THE BANK IN ARMADALE HAS BEEN CLOSED.? I +A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE ASKED THE SAME QUESTION . WHEN IS IT GOING TO REOPEN AGAIN? IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THERE WAS A REASON! PLEASE REPLY ASAP. THANKS DINEKE PIETERDINA POSTMUS. WESTERN AUSTRALIA ARMADALE PERTH 6112. THANKS

  Wasnt even allowed to deposit a cheque through a teller , was marched outside to it at the ATM.
  Why even have staff... , do yourself a favour & go to maddington instead.

  Lack of staff
  Waited 20 mins to see a teller while 5 other people waiting in queue
  Only one staff in whole branch
  Poor staff member was apologetic
  For wait
  Will be great idea if nab hire more staff on this branch

  Tracy & Teresa in the Armadale branch have absolutely gone above and beyond to make my 13year olds first banking experience the most horrific they possibly could. I am mortified on their behalf for the disgusting customer service and not only towards us, as I sat there I continued to listen to Tracy on the teller greet every customer who walked in with “we’re closing soon I can’t do that” 45minutes before google states your branch closes at 5pm.
  Instead of being so focused on getting home how about you put a smile on your face and do your job. Gone are the days of good customer service unfortunately.

  Excellent service! Big thank you to Mr Brent.
  After being turned down by the Westpac across the road(system error they said, with no offer to set up another appointment) , I went to Nab. Brent was having his lunch but he went out of his way to help us set up an account!! You don't see that kind of kindness and service very often. It was the most pleasant and outstanding service I have ever experienced! Thank you very much.
