  I also wish to respond to the review by 'Kira Michelle'. I am extremely surprised by this review. I have been training in Martial Arts for about 20 yrs and have been training (and occasional assist teaching) under Ant for about 5 years. I love training with Ant - he demonstrates exceptional skill, he teaches to a very high level of skill, and more importantly - I train with Ant because of his deep integrity and honour. I have not met a woman by this name or proposed skill set in my time training with Ant, and I whole-heartedly disagree with her review of him and his training.

  Spent the all weekend at this place... The owner Anthony is a passionate, knowledgeable MMA trainer who is genuinely keen to help you to become a better version of yourself.
  I have been here to get Remedial and other oriental Therapies so, if you are not sure what kind of training is good for you, they are able to analyse your posture and body disfunctions in order to advise you how to proceed on your fitness journey.
  If you spend time at this place you will soon become part of the phoenix family.
  If you live in albany give this place a go, send here your kids to learn how to use their body an be confident in everyday activities.
  Anthony is the kind of trainer I would choose for my daughter.
  Try this place for a couple of weeks and you will stick with it.

  This has to be the best and friendliest family owned gym I've been too, they even offer mental counseling or even will set out time to talk through troubles.

  Kira Michelle - I do not know this person who claims to be a martial arts teacher. The comments made about the Phoenix Martial Arts by this person are not valid. The style taught by Anthony of Phoenix Martial Arts is extremely effective and direct, which will serve anyone interested in studying it to cater to real life events. I personally have been taught many new ideologies by Anthony and fully endorse his training methods.
