- linda d'lima Added January 01, 2024★ ★ ★ ★ ☆This place is so big compared to the previous Red Dot,and things are alot more expensive than they used to be here at Haynes off Armadale Road. Thou it still not too bad for other stuff, you still can pickup a bargain here and there.
- Kelly Added December 28, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It's a nice big store with a huge variety, especially great for party decorations and costumes. However this afternoon (Sunday 22nd Oct, 2023), I went through and the young man on the checkout could not be any more disinterested. He looked like he would rather be anywhere but there. He didn't make eye contact and mumbled the amount it cost. Then I waited for a receipt but none was offered. Finally it clicked and he asked me if I wanted a receipt in a barely audible voice. He handed it to me and looked down the entire time...I thought he must be in character for Halloween, but my teenage son who was with me at the time said "no mum, that's how all the kids are at my school"..... yes but if you're in the role of customer service you need better training. At least put a smile on and greet the customer. I refuse to spend money at shops who don't train their staff properly. Would give this store a big miss unless you like being served by miserable teenagers.

Staff were friendly , kind and even willing to talk to you . Thankyou for your great service and I love the items currently and always in reduced bin. I was able to pick up discounted wrapping paper for upcoming birthdays and many different bits and bobs. I also like the new store layout and our doggo adores her new toy.
